Associação Desportiva Trilhos do Costume is our passion brought to life in 2022, although we celebrated our tenth anniversary as an organized training group in March 2023.

Every Tuesday in Monsanto, we open our doors to a community of running and hiking enthusiasts, consistently attracting over 20 avid participants.

But we are much more than that!

We are also a Trail team competing in the prestigious national championships of the Trail Running Association of Portugal (ATRP). Last season, our women's team claimed the first spot in the Trail circuit. With a total of 83 athletes, we are one of the largest and most prominent teams in the country, maintaining a constant presence in various competitions and an impressive track record of podium finishes, both individually and collectively.

Since 2014, we have been steadfastly committed to the Linhas de Torres Running Challenge, a race that traverses the historic route of the Lines of Torres. Over the past three years, we have actively collaborated with the organization, even registering the event in the National Circuits of ATRP—a testament to our dedication and passion for trail running.
